h8theboy.com is run by OF COURSE HE CAN LLC (“we,” “us”), based in Austin, Texas, for the artist The Boy. By buying anything on this site, you agree to these terms.

The short version: All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Downloads are instant, and the link works for 30 days. Merch ships within 2 to 3 weeks to US addresses. We only use your information to fill your order, and we never sell it.

1. All sales are final

Digital music is delivered instantly and merch is made in limited runs, so all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required by law or in the cases below:

Damaged or wrong item: If your merch arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong item or size, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it.
Lost package: If tracking shows your order never arrived, contact us and we will work it out with you.
Download problems: If your file will not download or play, contact us and we will send a working copy.

Any refund made at our discretion goes back to the original payment method.

2. Digital music

After payment, you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email. The link works for 30 days, so please save your files once they are downloaded. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-commercial license to listen. It does not give you the right to resell, share publicly, upload, sample, or use the music commercially. All rights stay with the artist.

3. Merch and shipping

Orders ship within 2 to 3 weeks of purchase. Limited or made-to-order items can take longer, and we will let you know if there is a delay.
We currently ship to US addresses only. The shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
Colors may look slightly different on screen than in person. Sizes and quantities are limited and sell on a first-come basis.

4. Payments and prices

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable sales tax may be added.

5. Privacy

What we collect: Your name and email, plus your shipping address and phone number for merch orders, all collected through checkout. Card details go directly to Stripe.

How we use it: Only to deliver your order, send your download link and receipt, ship merch, and answer questions about your order.

Who we share it with: Only the services that make the store work: Stripe (payments), Resend (order emails), Cloudflare (hosting), and the shipping carrier for merch. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing email unless you sign up for it.

Cookies: This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe’s checkout page uses its own cookies for security and fraud prevention.

Your choices: Message us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, except what we must keep for tax and accounting records.

6. Other terms

All music, artwork, logos, and content on this site belong to The Boy and OF COURSE HE CAN LLC and may not be used without permission. The site is provided “as is.” To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
